NTUCOOL平台上的停修申請截止期間與本校不同，務必依照政大規定，於11/13(五)17:00前完成校內停修申請單至註冊組，逾時無法補辦。
The course withdrawal deadline on the NTUCOOL differs from NCCU's. NCCU Students must follow NCCU regulations and submit your course withdrawal form to the Registration Office,NCCU by Friday, November 13, at 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Obtain the approval of the primary instructor on NTUCOOL platform first, and submit your NCCU course withdrawal request form and the the primary instructor's approval to NCCU BPAI's Office(Rm. 140407 Information Building) , and then submit the form to NCCU's Regitration Office before Nov. 13(Fri.) 17:00 for final approval.
說明如後：
1. 11/2～ 11/13間，先至NTUCOOL平台的各課程中，填寫「期中停修意願申請調查表」，並自行於平台中檢視核准結果。NTUCOOL平台操作手冊。
Obtain the approval of the primary instructor on NTUCOOL platform. The application time is between Nov.02 to 5pm on Nov.13. Student Withdrawal Application Guide
2. 主導老師同意後，持本校停修申請單及老師同意畫面截圖，至資訊大樓4樓407室AI學程辦公室找詹助教核章，11/13(五) 17:00前送至註冊組辦理完成。

3.停修申請以「完成校內送申請單至註冊組」為準，並請留意校內送件時間，逾時不候。
The withdrawal application is only considered valid upon the "completion of the NCCU's official procedures." The NCCU submission deadlines is 5pm on Nov.13 .
